Hypostent — LASEA tube cutting platform

4-axis tube cutting platform

Dual-laser (femto + fiber), dual-tool (cutting head + galvo scanner), wet and dry cutting, on-center and off-center kinematics. A standard platform designed for up to five distinct process configurations — from neuro stents to long hypotubes. Led from the first design session through process definition, software debugging, and installation at the launch partner.

AreaMaster platform — standard production machine with cutting head and 40 W Carbide source. System co-development, process integration, production qualification. The machine was sold in 2023 and continues to operate in job shop production.

Polygon scanner on an early-stage research lab machine. Not every process starts in an OEM laboratory — research institutes provide the environment for high-risk process development that precedes any production decision.
