Laser technology is highly complex — yet remarkably well industrialised. The expertise needed most is concentrated at the beginning: process development, system specification, FAT, production ramp-up. After that, often years of stable operation follow. Hiring a dedicated expert for that initial phase alone rarely makes economic sense.

I founded LPI to give manufacturers access to deep laser expertise exactly when it matters — without the overhead of a permanent position. To enable them to stand on equal footing with their OEM from day one. And to bring the same depth to complex process and system developments that go well beyond a standard application study — from research origins all the way into sustainable daily production.
